Since that fateful decision, Advanced Protection Network has been helping to make Hawaii a safer place to live.
APN - Advanced Protection Network, is a locally owned and operated company, based in Halawa Valley, centrally located near all major population centers. We have an unbeatable background, displaying a combined experience of over forty Years in the security industry. Advanced Protection Network houses divisions in card access, video surveillance, as well as residential and commercial alarm systems. EMPLOYEE TRAINING
The training at APN is second to none. Each and every employee that works in the field has gone through extensive classroom training, they are tested, and then they are sent to the field to train under an experienced technician as an apprentice. APN's technicians are driven to do their very best by incentives and bonuses governed by overall performance and a lack of callbacks.

FOLLOW-UP
Our follow-up department insures the highest of quality of support. Among other things, the APN follow-up procedure means that you will be guided through every step of the process from the initial design of the system, through the final training session. We take pride in providing the most thorough installation & training process, with numerous checks and balances, to ensure that everything is done right the first time!

When you're dealing with security, we feel there is no other way except speed and efficiency. APN provides each and every customer with 24-hour phone numbers. Any time, day or night, there is always someone available to assist you. You will never reach an answering service, or have to leave a message on a machine. At APN, we realize that security is a round-the-clock, 24/7 job. We are always available.

CUSTOMER/PRODUCT TRAINING
If you are concerned and/or confused about the operation of the equipment, then chances are, either you will not use it, or most likely, there will be a lot of mistakes made. We understand that during the installation of your new security system, all of the people that will be using the system may not be present. We do not expect the customer to learn, then hold the burden of understanding the system on their own. Our APN sales consultant has the primary responsibility to train you on the operation of your system. The instruction manual, as well as other information will be left at every job explaining in detail how to operate your system. We will set up training at a time convenient for you, and if necessary, at different shifts, until we have trained all persons that will be operating the system. Also, when a new person is assigned and will need training, we encourage our customers to call us and we will assist in all additional training.
